Let’s Talk Orientation

We are so excited to welcome you to campus for a fun-filled schedule and guaranteed smiles! Orientation offers plenty of ways to meet your future classmates and resources to help you have a successful transition to college.

You can choose to stay overnight for Orientation or participate in one of our single-day sessions! Through either option, you can review your fall schedule with an academic advisor, get to know other Merrimack students through small-group activities and meals, and become more comfortable on campus!

Wondering how to register? As soon as you submit a deposit, you’ll be able to sign up in your Merrimack admission portal! Already deposited? Visit www.merrimack.edu/my-portal to choose your session! And as always, Merrimack Summer Orientation is FREE to attend.

One thing I wish I knew before Orientation: One thing I wish I had known before orientation was how welcoming and involved everyone at Merrimack is.

Why I chose Merrimack: I chose Merrimack because from the minute I stepped onto campus, I felt a huge sense of community and belonging. When joining the Austin Scholars community, I was able to serve and learn with a community, and has benefitted me heavily since.
