ASh & Monican centre: doubles & triples

- First-year students
- Ash and Monican Centre feature a community fireplace, TVs and pool tables along with areas for group meetings or solo study sessions. All students receive a bed, dresser, closet and desk. There are communal bathrooms on each floor.
Ash & Monican Centre: suites
- Up to 4 people
- Honors and Austin Scholars Living Learning Communities
- Suites have two bedrooms, a common area and a bathroom shared amongst roommates. Ash and Monican Centre feature a community fireplace, TVs and pool tables along with areas for group meetings or solo study sessions. All students receive a bed, dresser, closet and desk.
Commuter Lounge
The commuter student lounge is located on the second floor of the Sakowich Campus Center. It is open Monday through Friday, with after-hours swipe access on nights and weekends. You’ll find everything a commuter student needs for comfort and convenience, including:
- Professional staff and Commuter Advisors to support you
- Kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and places to eat
- Lockers to store your stuff
- Private and group study areas
- Lounge furniture and TVs to relax between classes
COMing soon - Essex and Shawsheen residence halls
By the time you arrive this fall, two brand-new residence halls — Essex and Shawsheen — will be ready to welcome upperclassmen students into modern, thoughtfully designed spaces built for connection, convenience and community. Essex and Shawsheen will feature traditional and suite-style living, classrooms, a fitness center and a dedicated space for our Honors Program.
